This field recording that I made was featured on the Podcast ‘Field Recordings’.

I recorded this on the dawn on the third lockdown.

Living in the middle of a concrete, urban environment the news of another lockdown was bleak. I went at dawn on the first day to find stillness and a bit of hope among the birds in our closest green space, sitting and watching them washing, eating and fulfilling the basic life duties in ignorant bliss of our human struggles.
